6" Sight Spool

6" Diameter x 6" Tall Sight Spool. Top/Bottom Connections are 6" Sanitary, Sight glass connections are 2" Sanitary. All Sight Spools have the option to monitor temperature when you purchase a K-Type Thermocouple, we also have the data logger available for sale in the online store if you don't yet have one.

Gasket Temperature Ratings (Only comes with two 2" gaskets, 6 or 4 inch gaskets sold separately) 

Viton: -26°C to 230°C

Buna-N: -40°C to 110°C

PTFE: -73°C to 204°C

Tuf-Steel: -198°C to 287°C

Sight Glass Specifications
PolySight Max Pressure: 225 psi @ -40°C to 130ºC
METAGLAS Max Pressure 250 psi @ -53°C to 232ºC

If your system needs to be certified, you will need the METAGLAS option. Due to supply chain issues Metaglas and Rayotek sight glasses may be swapped without notice. Both sights are certifiable, just not always available.
