Shipping
Everything ships from the shop at 61530 American Lane, Bend, Oregon. There are two ways an order travels, and which one you get depends on what you bought rather than on what you choose at checkout.
PARTS AND CONSUMABLES, BY PARCEL
- UPS and FedEx rates are calculated live at checkout against the real weight and box size, so you see the carrier's price rather than a flat fee.
- In-stock items usually leave the same day when the order is in by 1 PM Pacific.
- Shipping is charged on every order. We do not offer free shipping.
SYSTEMS, VESSELS AND ANYTHING CRATED, BY FREIGHT
- LTL freight, quoted and invoiced after the crate is measured. Nothing is charged for freight at checkout on these.
- Crate dimensions and weight are published on each product page, so your freight broker can quote it before you order.
- Unloading and getting it into your space is your responsibility. Have a forklift or a dock arranged, and tell us before the truck is booked if you have neither.
CANADA AND OUTSIDE THE US
We ship into Canada regularly. Duties, brokerage and taxes are yours. If your install needs a CRN registered vessel, say so before you order, because that is a different build and not every item carries one. See Selling into Canada, CRN Registration.
BEFORE YOU ORDER SOMETHING LARGE
Lead times, not freight, are what usually decide when you start producing. See Lead Times, Published and Site Requirements and Utilities.
