Our Viton Tri-Clamp Gaskets are premium fluoroelastomer seals designed for high performance in tough conditions. “Viton” is a DuPont brand of FKM, known for exceptional chemical and temperature resistance. These gaskets handle a broad temperature range from about -30°F up to 400°F without loss of elasticity. They comply with USDA, FDA, and 3-A Sanitary standards, making them suitable for food, beverage, biotech, pharmaceutical, and industrial use.

Viton gaskets maintain integrity under high heat and aggressive solvents: they resist swelling or degradation in the presence of butane, propane, oils, alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbons, many acids and solvents. They also resist compression set, meaning they stay leak-tight after repeated thermal cycles. This makes them the go-to choice for systems requiring steam cleaning, high-temperature processing, or contact with a wide range of chemicals.
