Tri clamp gaskets in five materials, 1 inch through 10 inch. On a cold system the gasket, not the vessel, sets the low temperature limit, so this is the cheapest part on the machine and the one most likely to stop it.

• Buna-N, the general purpose nitrile gasket. Good for water, glycol and ambient service, and the least expensive thing in the collection.
• Viton (FKM), the one to run on a cold hydrocarbon system where Buna has gone hard.
• Silicone, platinum cured, for clean service and a wide temperature range.
• PTFE, for chemical resistance where a rubber gasket will not survive the solvent.
• PTFE envelope with a Viton filler, a PTFE face on a gasket that still has some give, so it seals like rubber and resists like PTFE.
