Sizes and price

4x8 is the larger bead, which gives lower pressure drop across a bed.

5A is the cryogenic and gas separation grade

• Adsorbs n-butane, propane and hydrocarbons from C3 through C22, plus Freon 12.
• Excludes anything over 5 angstroms, including iso compounds and all four carbon rings.
• Separating normal paraffins, generating oxygen or nitrogen, or drying a stream where pulling the heavier hydrocarbons out is the goal? This is the grade that does it.

Good media at a good price

• 25 lb left, sealed in bags with moisture indicator cards, stored in one of the driest climates in the country.
• We are clearing it below what we paid, so it is priced well under the usual pail.
• One time clearance. It is not being restocked.

Drying an extraction system instead?
